For those of you that know all about the UK racing season, you may well have come across a Prima 38 before. A well respected (former RYA Yacht of the Year) and beautifully designed monohull we have personally recorded speeds in excess of 20 knots in Talisman and an amazing 9 knots with just the storm jib up! We are looking forward to competing this year and encourage you to join us.
Talisman is an amazingly light boat and as a consequence is incredibly fast, but also easy to handle. She comes complete with a full complement of sails - including 3 spinnakers, and the latest in safety gear - just in case it gets a bit hairy out there. So from round the cans to long distance racing make sure you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Our schedule for 2010 is complete with favourites like Round the Island, Cowes Week, the Little Britain Challenge Cup making a repeat appearance and of for this year Round Britain and Ireland, plus many other Industry Regattas, RORC and JOG races.
Unlike many other companies, we do not charge extra for racing sails or boat insurance, this is already included in the published price.

The big events for 2010 are in August Round the Island, Cowes Week as always, this year taking place between the 31st July and 7th August and the Little Britain Challenge Cup which we always enjoy on the 6-9th September.
