We are well aware that there are numerous companies out there offering sailing experiences, so why choose us? Firstly, we are a private independent company, which means we really care about you, the boat and the experiences you have. The boat is our own, not hired or leased, but maintained and cared for by ourselves, so you can be sure it will be in top condition when you join it. This also means we know the boat intimately and have handled her under even the most challenging of conditions.

Secondly, our pricing is extremely competitive especially for smaller groups. We offer everything from day sails from £700 for the boat (up to 9 people), weekends from £1,395 for the boat (up to 8 people) to a full weeks cruising from £350 per person/per week. Most importantly our pricing includes a welcome reception (except on race charters), accommodation on yacht, mooring fees (except on race charters), safety equipment and briefing, instruction, fuel, waterproof clothing, breakfast, lunch when at sea, dinner if cruising at night, non alcoholic drinks, race sails (on race charters) and full boat insurance (include racing). Most, if not all companies charge extra for many of these items!

Why do we only do skippered charters? If you have ever chartered a yacht bareboat before you may well have had a bad experience. It is true that all companies will do a handover and tell you all about the boat, but how much can you really learn in that short period of time? We have heard numerous stories of people getting into real problems after they have left the marina. Whether its difficult weather conditions, awkward mooring situations or mechanical failure, it can be very hard keeping out of trouble. This is why we believe you will not only benefit from, but hugely enjoy, having a qualified Yachtmaster on board at all times. Remember, this is not any Yachtmaster but someone who has sailed this particular boat for the last 6 years and knows pretty much all there is to know about her. This however, does not mean that he will take charge, get in the way or interfere, he is there entirely to help you relax, gain control in difficult situations and reassure you if necessary.

Finally, and something that is very important to us, is our flexibility. Your experience will not be based on someone else's this is not a standard package - you get exactly what you want. If you want to go at a leisurely pace , lets go cruising. If you want to race, lets go racing. If you are not sure what you want to do, lets make it up as we go along - its all up to you. If you are experienced and want to take a leading role you are free to do so. If you are a novice or a bit nervous, that's fine to we can take it at your pace.
